We perform HTTP(S) checks to verify your website is loading correctly, ping checks for server reachability, and SSL certificate checks for validity and expiration.

How often do you check my sites?

Check frequency depends on your plan. The Free plan checks every 30 minutes, Pro every 5 minutes, and Business every 1 minute.

What kind of alerts can I receive?

We offer email alerts on all plans. Pro and Business plans also include Slack notifications.

Can I monitor internal servers?

Currently, we focus on monitoring publicly accessible websites and servers. Internal monitoring is not supported at this time.

Do you offer annual billing?
